You get a scheduled weekly video walkthrough on a fixed day and time, chosen to suit your time zone. We walk the site with you, show you the work in progress, and answer questions live. Between calls, dated photographs of material deliveries and completed stages are shared with you so there is a continuous record rather than a weekly snapshot.
Payments are milestone-linked rather than calendar-based. Before mobilisation you approve an itemised BOQ with the milestone schedule. When a milestone is completed and verified on video, the corresponding payment is released through formal banking. If a milestone has not been reached, it is not billed.
Yes, and this is a common request. We survey the existing structure first — checking footings, column alignment, steel quality and concrete condition where it can be assessed — and give you an honest written assessment of what can be kept and what needs remediation before we quote for completing it.
Yes. Many overseas clients have a relative or a local attorney handling day-to-day matters. We work with them directly, copy you on instructions, and document decisions in writing so there is a single record that everyone can see. We do not take verbal instructions from a third party that contradict what you have approved.
It depends on plot size and specification level, and rates move with steel and cement prices. We do not publish a single number that will be wrong by the time you read it.
